The eco-friendly roof is made from recycled composite materials, which has the added benefit of being completely waterproof and rot proof. The sloping roof also allows water drainage along with the additional grooves on the top side panel.

To further enhance durability, the house finished with an anti-bacterial coating to guard against the elements and prevent bacterial build-up.
