Delivery Information

We currently deliver to: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

 All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). After 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, unless otherwise noted on the site.

We aim to deliver standard delivery orders in 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days as sometimes courier parcels can be delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Some orders come direct from suppliers, if so any relevant delivery information/estimates/costs will be provided on the product page and at checkout as these may vary slightly.

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. You can keep an eye on the status of your delivery using the tracking email sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched.

You can also track your order’s progress in MY Account.   

The above are estimates only, based on the timeframes provided by our shipping provider. There may be delays during busy sale periods, during severe weather events, or for other reasons outside our control.
