Shipping Policy

 

We currently deliver to: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland but our delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Some orders may be sent direct from suppliers.

 

Delivery time:

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). After 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, unless otherwise noted on the site.

We aim to deliver standard delivery orders in 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days as sometimes courier parcels can be delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Some orders come direct from suppliers, if so any relevant delivery information/estimates/costs will be provided on the product page and at checkout as these may vary slightly.

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. You can keep an eye on the status of your delivery using the tracking email sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched.

You can also track your order’s progress in MY Account.   

The above are estimates only, based on the timeframes provided by our shipping provider. There may be delays during busy sale periods, during severe weather events, or for other reasons outside our control.

Any undelivered orders must be reported to us with 60 days, after this time we are unable to rectify.   

 

Cost:

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page and are determined by the product weight, destination, final order value and any applied discount.

Our standard delivery charge is £1.99 for large letter and £3.99 for parcel deliveries.

Delivery charges for orders direct from suppliers may vary and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free delivery for orders over £50.00. *Excludes selected items - see product descriptions for details.

Items over 2kg may require a signature.

 

Free Delivery for orders over £50 (Excludes selected items — see product descriptions for details):

Delivery is free when your subtotal (the total of the items in your basket before any delivery charge is added) is £50 or more. Application of a discount code which then brings the subtotal below the £50 threshold, disqualifies you from free delivery.

If you place an order with a subtotal of £50 or more and receive free delivery but later decide to return items in your order, thus bringing the total below £50, please note the standard postage charge of £3.95 will be deducted from the total of your refund (unless the item/s returned is/are faulty and refund is chosen over replacement).  

 

Cancel or amend your order:

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please notify us immediately in writing or via the Site by emailing Customersupport@thecoachhouse.store or using the Cancellation Form.
If you do not manage to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can return it to us for a full refund by following the instructions on our Refund policy.
