Our Courier will attempt to delivery to you address twice and if there is no one in to accept the delivery they will return the goods to us, in this instance of a failed delivery you are responsible to pay a failed delivery charge of £8 this charge of £8 covers you for redelivery. If however, you wish to cancel your order following a failed delivery you are responsible to pay £6. In the instance of a failed delivery the parcel will be returned to us.
