Goods will be delivered between 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends. Our couriers are allowed to leave parcels with your neighbour. Our courier will attempt to deliver to you address twice and if there is no one in to accept the delivery they will return the goods to us, in this instance of a failed delivery you are responsible to pay a failed delivery charge of £8, this charge of £8 covers you for redelivery. If, however, you wish to cancel your order following a failed delivery you are responsible to pay £6. In the nstance of a failed delivery the parcel will be returned to us.
